Hello!

My name is Marni and I live with a condition called Spinal Muscular Atrophy. I am passionate about not letting my disability stop me living my life to the fullest, as well as campaigning for disability rights. I have decided to blog about my experiences living with a disability, including access to treatments that are new on the NHS, exciting opportunities, but also issues I face and solutions I find in hopes that it will help others.

Another passion of mine is beauty, I will share tips and tricks that work for me. Once I have started treatment (hopefully very soon) I will use doing my makeup to measure any growth in strength or movement I may gain thanks to the treatment – this is of course for my personal scale, not medical in the slightest!

I am so excited to start this journey and I hope you all enjoy reading what I get up to!
